Dr. Rebecca Wilhelm is a licensed naturopathic doctor. She practices general family medicine with special interests in women’s health, gastroenterology, chronic disease management, and the integration of Western and naturopathic medicine. Dr. Wilhelm received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine in Seattle, Washington from Bastyr University, an accredited four-year, post-graduate naturopathic medical program. The training consists of comprehensive study of the conventional medical sciences as well as a detailed study of a wide variety of natural therapies. The scope of practice for naturopathic doctors includes all aspects of family medicine, from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Dr. Wilhelm completed a year of post-doctoral clinical training in naturopathic family practice at an established clinic in Seattle. She also has completed a Master Degree in Acupuncture and formal massage therapy training.

A visit with Dr. Wilhelm will begin with an extensive review of a patient’s medical history, including diet, stress factors, energy, exercise, lifestyle, and emotional health. \

Dr. Wilhelm uses physical examination and both conventional and alternative lab testing to identify the root cause of illness. She creates a customized treatment plan with each patient based on his or her individual needs and goals. This treatment may include a variety of natural and non-invasive therapies, such as clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, physical medicine, homeopathy, counseling, and prescription drugs. Her goal is to empower her patients to achieve their highest level of wellness.
