Setting an Appointment
Appointments may be booked by phone or by email. We offer phone consultations for those who are unable to visit our clinics. Please note that phone consultations and laboratory testing must be pre-paid.
All new patients should print and complete the New Patient Intake Form and New Patient Diet Diary listed under "Clinic Forms." In addition, please bring (or send in advance) any available laboratory reports to your initial consultation.
Your punctuality on your appointment date will ensure that you have the full time allotted to you. If you are unable to keep this appointment, please give us 24 hours notice.
Your first visit will take approximately one hour. Dr. Perkins will review pertinent medical history and discuss your current health concerns. This is a time for gathering information, as well as for getting to know each other. Dr. Perkins’ primary focus is to provide the least invasive, most effective, non-toxic therapies that address the cause of illness, not simply the suppression of symptoms.
Additional Testing
Some patients prefer to do a Comprehensive Blood Analysis prior to their initial visit. This provides more information to develop an appropriate treatment plan. The test includes extensive blood testing and a detailed report of findings with dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations.
Other valuable options include brain neurotransmitter testing, hormones, allergy testing, adrenal function, gastrointestinal evaluation, hair analysis and more.
Please refer to each section for additional information.
