07/11/2007  "About seven years ago three different rheumatologists told me I had an autoimmune disease called relapsing polychondritis.  I took anti inflammatory medicine about 75% of the time and eventually there was some bleeding in my stomach caused by the medicine.  About five years ago Dr. Perkins worked with my overall health through homeopathy, probiotics, diet, etc and my symptoms disappeared--and have not returned.  Two years ago I was so stressed out and tired and had poor memory that I thought I would need to retire from my somewhat demanding job.  Dr. Perkins used Neuroscience to help my brian chemistry.  Within about three months my energy and memory improved greatly and I am still working productively in my career."    Sue Beard

 

 

07/13/2007  Dr. Perkins has helped me when my primary care MD could not.  Symptoms were not evaluated by my traditional insurance-covered MD---rather he wanted to prescribe more and more prescription drugs.  My thyroid (underactive since 1992) has now started to work again and I am continuing to decrease doses of Synthroid rather than increase them.  I have been a registered nurse for 21 years and if I could I would make Dr. Perkins my primary care provider!"       Pam Baker--Lexington, KY

07/16/2007  What a God send~ What a gift, Dr. Carol Perkins.  Five years ago I began a two year period that almost took me over the edge, physically , mentally and emotionally.  I went through three episodes of 30-40% hair loss.  A demanding and stressful job, a tyranical manager and family dysfunction were the culprits.  Through diet, supplementation, rest and emotional management I'm almost back to being me only BETTER.  Thank you is not enough.  I will be forever grateful.      Suzanne Cassity

 

 

08/24/2007  I had two silver fillings in my mouth that were causing me all kinds of problems including muscle weakness, the inability to think clearly, sleeplessness, insomina, (there is a difference), anyway had them removed and feel 80% better, still in infancy stages of getting metals totally removed.

 

 

10/03/2007  I was diagnosed three years ago with colo-rectal cancer at age 36.  I had undergone chemo, radiation plus two surgeries which left me depleted and weak.  My blood counts were so low that my Oncologist told me to stay home (because my immune system was so low).   I started coming to Dr. Perkins after my chemo treatments were finished.  She doubled my blood counts in one week!!  My Oncologist was stunned at how quickly my body bounced back.  I have remained cancer-free and I haven't had so much as a cold in three years.  I am very grateful to Carol Perkins for introducing me to a healthy lifestyle that keeps my immune system strong!     Lori Walker--Nicholasville, KY

 

01/07/2008    Five years ago, my three year old grandson was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis!  He was facing a lifetime of anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids for flares, etc.  He was a very sick little boy.  My daughter brought him to Carol Perkins shortly after the dire diagnosis.  Within weeks Isaac (my grandson) was off all prescription meds!!  He is a completely healthy boy now.  He (with his mother's help, of course) follows Carol's diet and takes all the supplements she recommends.  He has regular blood tests to monitor his health, and each test shows his overall health continues to improve.  Since then, I am seeing Carol to maintain and prevent illness.  Also, I have sent several friends and family members to Carol for major health problems.  They agree with me that Carol is truly a God send.  I thank God every day for Carol Perkins.
