POLICIES
Cancellation Policy – Please call or email (monctonnaturopathic@gmail.com) as soon as you know you need to change your appointment. More than 2 days notice is much appreciated. If the cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or you do not show for your appointment you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Payment – Payment for visits or dispensary items is due at the time of purchase. Accepted forms of payment include debit card, Visa, Mastercard, cash or cheque. HST and dispensary items costs are in addition to listed fees below.
FEES
Initial Visit (1 hour) - $110
Follow up visits (30 minutes) - $70
Phone consults - $35 for 15 minutes or by time, as per office visit fees
Other diagnostic or treatment fees:
Pregnancy test: $3
Urine analysis (in-house): $5
Intramuscular (IM) 'Immune shot': $12
Intramuscular (IM) B12 injection: $12
Intramuscular (IM) homeopathic injection: $12
Intramuscular (IM) B12 and homeopathic injection: $20
Nutritional analysis: $45 (for example, to determine amount of calcium in diet compared to recommended intake).
Hormone saliva test: as per hormone tested
Hormone urine test: as per hormone tested
IgG blood allergy testing: as per foods tested
