Weight Loss Program An individualized program that includes addressing the underlying causes that are contributing to hormone imbalances, lowered metabolism and weight gain. Feasible dietary changes and exercise programs are also discussed.

Integrated Smoke Cessation Program – A multifaceted approach that helps patients kick their habit. This program is customized to each individual with the aim of minimizing the side effects of withdrawal and to be smoke-free permanently.

Immune System Optimization & Flu Prevention Program -  Dr. Gleixner’s patients benefit from this program by getting one step ahead of the virus.

Chronic Pain Program – Aims to reduce pain while addressing the cause for long-term relief. Incorporates techniques by Dr. Sarno (MD) to accelerate the healing process.


Pediatric Health Program – A program dedicated to helping children, adolescents and parents using the safest, gentlest, and most effective treatments. Well-baby exams are conducted from 2-3 months to 4 years of age, which includes physical (growth charts, etc...) and developmental evaluations.

Four Seasons of Health Program – Focuses on prevention and maintaining a state of balance for each season. Once major health conditions have been dealt with, four yearly visits continue to prepare patients for the four seasonal changes.
