We’ve been wanting to update our website for a long time now but haven’t been impressed with the prices and services of other website management companies. Needless to say, we were very happy to receive information regarding NDAccess. The service from NDAccess has been exceptional. Whenever we have questions or problems, they are taken care of promptly, usually within 24 hours. And they’ve been very accommodating when we have suggestions for changes or additions. The template allows a great deal of flexibility, so you can create the site that reflects your clinic and your practice. The site is designed to changes with text editing, so that I can update the content at anytime without knowing a thing about web design. Without this, I would have to pay a designer to upload your changes and new articles and newsletters. I have background information on all practitioners in the clinic with their photographs. We have the capability of receiving email from people, sharing healthy recipes, educating the public about alternative medicine and much more. I have an email address through Bastyr University and when I mentioned that I didn’t want to have to check two email addresses (the Bastyr address and a private practice email address), the customer support department said, “No problem, we’ll just work it so that when people send you an email through your website, it will automatically get routed to your Bastyr email.” And so it was. Now that is exceptional customer service. One of the greatest aspects of having this website for me personally is the ability to link with the Emerson Ecologics dispensary. The extra work of ordering supplements and maintaining a dispensary is no longer an issue for me. I simply direct patients to my website, ask them to click on the Emerson Ecologics icon and suggest specific supplements for them to purchase. Easy as 1, 2, 3!
