The doctor will take the time to get a thorough medical history and an account of current health concerns including gathering information about your lifestyle choices, mental/emotional, spiritual and social well being.

·   Functional Nutrition Assessment Form

This powerful and effective tool has been designed to assess the various body systems’ functions and imbalances by analyzing a large number of  symptoms in an organized and complete format.

·   Physical Exam

A screening physical exam is used to gather additional information about your current physical condition. Additional, more thorough, body system focused exams will be performed as indicated.

·   Medical Lab tests and Medical Imaging

Conventional medical laboratory tests such as blood tests, urinary analysis, stool analysis are ordered and interpreted as indicated. Medical imaging such as X-ray, CT scan, MRI, Ultrasound and Nuclear Medicine studies are also utilized when necessary to assist in diagnosing your condition.

·   Functional medicine tests

Functional medicine laboratory tests are utilized to reveal the presence of nutrient deficiencies, toxins, neurotransmitter and hormone imbalances that may be the underlying cause of your health concerns.

·   IQS (Interactive Query System)

IQS is an Interrogatory Biofeedback Machine that uses galvanic skin responses to query the body directly. This machine obtains information from the body in a way similar to that of Bio-linguistic Kinesiology, using the body’s own intelligence, the brain and nervous system, its circuits of interactions, with organs, muscles and diverse tissues to determine the integrity and functional state of the body’s systems.
