Naturopathic Optimal Wellness is owned and operated by Kathleen Harley, N.D. and is located in Capitola, California in the Capitola Health Center. The Capitola Health Center offers the integrative health services of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Message Therapy, Esthetic Skin Care and Naturopathic Medicine.

Dr. Harley has exceptional training in alternative medicine and its use in combination with conventional therapies. Her general family wellness medical practice focuses on improving overall health as well as addressing individual nutritional and supplemental needs in relation to specific deficiencies and imbalances affecting the current level of health.

Dr. Harley uses nutrition, botanical medicine, supplementation, bio-identical hormone therapy, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, detoxification therapy (cleanses) and BioSET allergy desensitization and lifestyle counseling in her practice to address underlying causes and to promote the body’s abilities to heal itself. Dr. Harley may employ the IQS (Interactive Query System) machine to assess the body systems by testing points along the Meridians through galvanic skin responses to illuminate the body’s current imbalances and deficiencies.
