We Have Moved!!
Before starting Atlanta Integrative Medicine, Dr. Cardwell worked for Spherios Medical Centers with Dr. Susan Tanner, MD in the Alpharetta, Georgia area.
A group of individuals interested in the Integrative medicine model opened Spherios Medical Centers in 2006 and recruited Dr. Cardwell from Portland, Oregon. After successfully practicing at Spherios Medical Centers for over three years, Dr. Cardwell has relocated and continues to serve Georgians as well as individuals and families residing across the Southeastern United States.
Dr. Cardwell will be seeing patients at his new location, Crabapple Integrative and Internal Medicine with Dr. Forrest Smith, MD, beginning in early December of 2009.
In an effort for complete patient satisfaction, we welcome any feedback regarding our new facility as we make this transition.
